after a long hiatus, i'm back! i just didn't feel like writing because i was in a blah mood and trying to work out those kinks instead of passing them on to people in a good mood.
a deep tissue massage moved things along quite well. i'm addicted to massages now- this is a dangerous thing! i love it, although i felt like i was on benadryl for 2 days. guess i had a lot of gunk that needed to be released and left me feeling way sleepy. i thought i had narcolepsy for a week. anyways, i went shopping at whole foods after my massage to find "lemon flavored" omega-3 because the fish burps weren't cutting it anymore and i saw steve young (former 49er super star). that was cool. i was star stuck (kinda) so i had to call ralph right away because i thought he'd be excited. i've seen him (steve young) around town running errands several times before so i'm assuming he's really enjoying retired life, as much as i'm enjoying working life!
today is a beautiful day! the sun is shining (went for a short hike during lunch and my scalp feels burnt) and i found my new summer anthem. ralph must be ecstatic about this news because i'm not sure how much more he could hear i'm still in love by sean paul featuring sahsa (yes, sean paul the former fish was named after this sean paul). so the new song is by dub fx and it's called tell me what you want (not to be confused with the spice girls' song). it's hard to find because they are a local band but their web site lets you listen/download the goods. enjoy!
sonia, haven't heard from you in a while...did you get my email. glad to hear that massage therapy is working out for you ;)
