winning points, day 1
today marks day 1 of my plan on weight watchers winning points system. i figure this is the best way for me to be a weight loss trooper since i can indulge in things here and there and not feel totally deprived. i have 45 pounds too lose.

Try this:
0 coffee (sodium, sugar, creamer, etc make you gain weight. take caffeine pills instead if you must have coffee); 0 pop. stop drinking juice completely.
= if you do this for 2 weeks, it'll give you 5 pounds off automatically.
no eating after 7 PM for 2 weeks = another 5 lbs.
brisk walk BEFORE breakfast for 15 minutes every other day for 2 weeks. Wait 1 hour to eat. another 5 pounds.
I wouldn't do all 3 changes at once, maybe do 1 change every 2 weeks and then the following week add one.
Hopefully those 3 tips will help you 1/3 of the way there!
Another 10 lbs will go away in 2 months if you walk at night 2 hours after you last ate before going to bed... for 30 minutes every other day, briskly ...
